Me and my husband went to Swell Ford in Odessa in Parks Legado. We were planning on getting one vehicle and it was not the one for us, Thankfully our sells guy was Efrain, he was amazing and helped us find the SUV we needed for our family. He was very kind, kept good conversation and went above and beyond to get us a good deal. (was not pushy at all) The whole team there was amazing!! If i could give 10 stars i would!!

I was recommended by a very good friend, that also was helped in purchasing her vehicle. When I was introduced to my sales associate Josh, he was great with helping me find something. We looked at four different vehicles, many others online. We also traveled to Midland Texas to find the vehicle I went with. He was very helpful and would definitely send anyone looking for a vehicle straight his way!

Fixed my 2023 Ford F350 that had a bad modem. Of course it takes time to get in with an appointment do to high demand in oul field country. But once in, the repair went extremely smooth. In fact they immediately knew what the issue was with the gps, wifi, etc. and got it fixed the first try without any hassles.
