Sewell has the most friendly staff of any place I go, and I don't meant of just car lots. I mean of any place I go. Ashley in service always greets me with the biggest smile and by name. I have never felt like there are "vultures" in the parking lot looking for their next meal.

Parts were helpful when I showed up. I’m not a ford owner but my employer buys fords. Fords are definitely over complicated with just a simple taillight.

This dealership never followed through on items to make the transaction right. Sold me a truck that wasn't clean and had multiple defects that weren't disclosed during the negotiation. Was told by the Sales Manager that I wasn't welcome at the dealership. Don't shop at the dealership they don't care about their customers!!!!!

Asked them for a simple quote and they said they'd get back with me with it and everytime that I tried to check in to get the quote to try and make sure I had the money to have some work done on my car they keep saying " oh we will get it to you asap" " oh we are working diligently to get you your quote just give us a little bit" IT HAS NOW BEEN A MONTH AND NOTHING THOUGHT I WOULD GIVE THEM THE BENEFIT OF THE DOUBT AND THEY MAY BE BUSY BUT A WHOLE MONTH TO TELL SOMEONE HOW MUCH SOMETHING IS GOING TO COST IS RIDICULOUS.
