I dread having to come to Sam’s. If I had the option to go somewhere else I would. Not only do you have to pay to shop here, you also get to work for free by checking out your own items! Oh and don’t forget to scan anything because they will count and check! Apparently a 16.5 billion dollar company can’t afford employees.
There are no cashiers (one lane open if you’re lucky), you have to go through self check out. If you have any issues at self checkout you have to wait eons for some help, and they also don’t accept cash or Apple Pay.
Also have to make multiple trips because they don’t have everything in stock! What’s up with this place?!?

Both rest rooms are closed because of some plumbing issue. I did not see anyone working on the plumbing. Sam's could care less about the customers apparently.

Typical Sam's visit. Lots of outdoor buying bulk. But gift cards were a wreck. Even saw one set of $100 cards with a label of $47. Too bad management would never honor that.

I shop sams alot family of 8 so I spend alot love it and never mind showing receipt which usually goes quick...but this new thing they have where you pass thru and it is supposed to be so quick and efficient is not the line was atleast 14 people deep and moving so damn slow..best to go back to receipt checks..and now they got all this stuff up by the exit which I found out it is curbside orders. ..are you kidding me now we are so crammed up trying to leave no wonder why it is so backed up!!
and I don't need the corporate bull about call for more discussion...you know it won't matter...not enough computation to show else where...got to love it

Cafe is slow even with “Scan and GO,” more like “Scan and WAIT 20mins”
Yes I waited 20 mins for this monstrosity. My hot dog looks like someone has taken a bite out of it. My sundae is missing its fruit topping.
Sam Club needs to put more staff in the Cafe.

I live in Charleston WV, but I am in Odessa for a family medical emergency, I ordered over the phone and picked up a cake made fresh from the bakery the next day for my sisters 70th birthday, it was very moist and it was beautifully decorated to my specification. I can't tell you how precious the memories are, that were made and enjoyed while presenting this cake to my ailing sister. Thank you so much!

Hello friends, I'm telling you about my experience at Sam's club, for me it is the best place to do our markets and also where you save the most, your cash back is considerable, it helps you a lot when paying, you buy wholesale here, you have everything what you are looking for, even if you crave a snack here you can also enjoy it with your family or a friend with whom you want to go shopping.
