I had an appointment at 3:00 pm. I waited almost two hours for them to change a tire on my car and they told me that it was almost my turn and nothing! Better I decided that they will give me the tire and I left! Terrible service! I do not recommend to anybody

A reminder! Be aware of the Sams club on JBS in Odessa. If you buy any TVs computer or anything, make sure you check the product ( like open the box up!) they are allowing returned items without checking them. I bought a " new tV" there and when I opened it (at home) it had a broken used tV in box..

Had to wait over a month to schedule tire rotation For my daughters car. Finally went to appointment and had to wait over an hour for the rotation to be done. My daughter had complained about a clunking noise in the front end of the car. Which we thought was a trim piece catching on the tire. But when the clunking noise got worse we took it to Jiffy Lube and they realize that the Lugnuts were loose. So when the Sams club technicians did the tire rotation they obviously couldn't count to four, the number of tires that they took off and put back on! They did not tighten up the Lugnuts on one of the tires, and could've caused my daughter to have an accident , be injured or possibly die. I mean, How hard is it to make sure that you tighten up the Lugnuts on four tires when that's your only job!

Had a tire that was loosing pressure. Two techicians were busy browsing phone when I went to pick the car up. The tech said he didnt find the leak. When i reached home the tire was loosing pressure again. I checked for leaks with soapy water and found the nail in the middle of the treads. Went back the next day and they said they couldnt fix it. Very frustrating

First (and only) tire installation at Sam's Club: Garbage check-in (for an appointment), where employees make it clear they don't care about customer's experience or their own jobs. Shuffled around from employee to employee and register to register. After a completely convoluted check-in process in told it will be an hour wait. Ha! I've done these rodeos before at Costco, I know it will be an hour and a half at least. After buying some odds and ends, I complete shopping at about an hour and half. I ask the employee I checked- in with off my car is nearly done. He says they are almost done, so I proceed outside to wait. If I knew then what was about to go down I would have returned everything I just bought, who knows, I may still. My son and I go outside to wait, and see that the employees have absolutely no idea what they are doing. They are trying, and failing at installing the spare on another customer's car. After an obnoxious amount of time they figure out how to return the tire to its position under the car again. Good news, my car is next, or is it? Nope a douche canoe shows up and parks behind my car's bay. SUPRISE! these tire guys really love the vibe this guy gives off and now he's next! Nevermind that my car is now done and I had an appointment parking in front of the bay demands IMMEDIATE service. Needless to say I won't be back, I'll take my business to Costco, and remind myself next time that you are just Walmart afterall.

I went Saturday the 17 2021 . To the Sam's club in odessa texas , the experience was horrible workers were not friendly mostly at the register . I was mistreated by justin , I wasted yes wasted 527.03 dollars in this pathetic Sam's club . Justin started to tap his fingers then saying hurry up. Give me the money I told it , call your manager . He just kept arguing with me, then he kept cussing at me calling me a b**** and other words. The other person in charge would not give me the managers name kept defending its friend , so I got the name from my recieit. On the recieit it says David Miranda is the manager of that Sam's club in odessa texas . Your employees mistreated me. Not only that . But your employees were bringing their personal life to work . I'm a customer not a person that wants to hear Justin's personal problems . I'm going to corporate about this . Then to put the cherry on top of the situation . Lauren a thing at the door kept harassing me as well , this other thing at e door must have been Justin's friend . This store is rated a zero . Though it doesn't have one on the rating board. I wish it did people working at Sam's club. We the customers dont want to know your problems . We just want to shop and go home. So next time David Miranda get employees that are not taking their personal lifes to work . Justin your pathetic. Justin has long hair that is red or reddish kinda like brown. It is a rude thing. It should be terminated . From Sam's club. BYE GOD BLESS YOU SAMS CLUB.

At 11:00 AM 7/5/21 in Bartlett, TN I waited for 20 minutes before I got to the front of the line with 2 people in line when I arrived. When I got to the counter I was asked if I had an appointment. When did this joint require appointments to buy tires? Needless to say I did an about face and got out of there. What a waste of time! Now if I just have to go to Sam's I know that I must make an appointment. I don't think that will happen in my lifetime.

We ran into a curb and the tire could not be repaired so we put the spare donut tire on our car. When I went to Sam's they were fully booked until the 11th but the gentleman at the desk told me driving on the donut is not safe and to be in line at 8AM the next day and they would take me as a walk in. I was there at 7:50 and they took me right away, one of the gentlemen inspected the other tires and said one has a lot of meat on it and suggested we keep it as a backup. Two hours later I returned and saw the car was on the hoist and they were readying the car to receive the four new tires. It was so interesting to see how they did it, they put the tire on the wheel, spin it down, add air and the tech is checking the air compression from time to time with this other gadget and then it goes on another contraption that spins it. I asked one of the workers what he was doing and he said, "He is balancing your tire." I watched him do the same thing with all four tires and then they installed them, tightened the lug nuts, let the hoist down, tightened them again, got in the car using a checker to be sure that all four were properly inflated showed me the paperwork and what was covered and handed me the keys. I have never seen how tires are installed and was deeply impressed with the care and expertise, not to mention kindness at taking me as a walk in to keep us safe and not let us drive on the donut any longer than was absolutely necessary. I also noticed the camaraderie among the workers, how well they get along and overheard one of them compliment another saying "That's good work. That's what I'm talking about." I loved that. Their customer service is unsurpassed and I will never go anywhere else. In this day and age it is rare to see such excellence and attention to detail. Thank you Sam's Tire and Battery on Keeaumoku Street. You are indeed the best.

Had two tire sensors replaced 3 weeks ago. One stopped working 2 days later. Came back today and they are making me buy another sensor! No warranty work on sensors! Save yourself lots of time and go somewhere else. I have been here over 2 hours waiting for sensors and there was no cars in the bay when I got here.

Everytime I need the tire department, they never answer calls and when you're in store there is no one to help! I stood at the counter and called and one of the employees just ignored the phone and kept going. I shouldn't have to wait 30 minutes just to get waited on!

Never again, will I go sams for tires. Price was cheaper than anywhere else and that how they suck you in. Problem 1. Install took 1.5 hours longer than it was supposed to. Problem 2. Bought custom rims and second install took over 3 hours. Proble 3. They broke mt brand new hub cap while installing my new rims. Problem 4. They didn't have the right valve stems for my tire pressure sensors. Problem 5. They ordered valve stems and I went back and they still weren't right. Problem 6. Went back again and they STILL weren't the right valve stems. So for over a month my truck was throwing codes for tires being empty. Problem 7. Went and bought the roght valve stems myself and then sams refused to install them because they weren't bought from them, even though they installed my after market rims that were NOT purchased through them. Problem 8. I bought a warranty woth my new tires. The new tires cost me over 1600 and were guaranteed to last for 15000 miles. Im at 15000 miles and more than 2/3 of my tread is gone. Amd they will not warranty them until the tread is down to 2/32. With as we all know is dangerously low. Problem 9. I'm at another show right now getting new valve stems installed, and they are showing me massive gouges in my new 1400$ rims from the sams club install. So to recap. They are incompetent, have wasted several hours of my time, won't stand by their warranty, and have now scratched the ever loving hwll out of my new rims.
