They are a scam!!! I had half a tank mind you my cars tank is 12.5 gallons. Supposedly my car took 10 gallons to fill up, doesn’t make sense if my car had at least five gallons in it before pumping gas. They’re obviously scamming people. I payed what I normally pay for a full tank for what was suppose to be half

12 fuel islands. Six closed with cones. This is an everyday occurrence. Cars stacked 4 deep... kinda like the checkout in both sams and Walmart. 12 lanes with 2 checkout clerks working.

They don't fix the slots for the credit card. And also don't advise us to not to make lines and waste out time . Good price but if you cannot put gas so it doesn't matter

After 2 failed deliveries we were told by a supervisor not to order from Sam's. Seems the third party they use for delivery is "screwing them over". When we asked for a refund we were told we would have to come into the Service Desk. This is the store in Odessa,Tx. We will be cancelling our membership. Please if anybody reads this do not shop at Sam's.

Sam’s club wants you to pull in & exit in one direction! No problem except the gas tank is usually on the drivers side so with that said if you pull up to a pump that is on the passenger side how are you suppose to fill your tank? The hose is not long enough the parking spaces for Walmart & Sam’s is in the way of forming lines! Time for the employees to shut up or do something about the problem

Meats are easy to find, mostly everything i would need is here at my Sam’s Club, and the scan and go is very easy also ?

Bought 2 pallets of water, waiting an hour behind the store ringing the bell and scanning the QR code. Drove back to the front to go back to customer service and was told to go back around again and someone would be with me
