Waited 10 minutes for someone to take my order in the drive thru and no one ever did so I pulled up to the window and waited another 20 minutes and nobody ever came to the window. They just kept waiting on the people that would go inside. This is the second time that this has happened. The manager was literally standing at the register next to the window and then walked away as soon as I pulled up.

I stopped here to get food from the Church’s Chicken last night food was good, service was lackluster. Looking in the drive thru window the place was a mess. This was around 9 pm and nearly all of the parking lot lights were out even the ones above the gas pumps. This area is already a bit sketchy and without proper lighting in the parking lot I’m surprised anyone would stop there after dark. I don’t see how it could possibly compete with the Pilot off the same exit. I gave 2 stars only because the food was good. Although something was wrong with the pop dispenser and my Hi-C was just red colored water.

Something needs to be done about the flies in your deli cabinet. Everything else I saw was nice and clean. Staff was helpful. It’s just the flies that made me go somewhere else to get food.

If there was a negative star rating, this place deserves it. I could smell the sewage when I pulled up to park. Selected some items from the coolers, and made the mistake of walking past the restroom corridor. Smelled like a small town gas station from the 80s with a backed up septic system. Went to the register, which was unoccupied. There was a woman at another register, but she had put up the Register Closed sign. They must have been paying her good money to teach the small children (literally, someone’s kids) behind the counter with her how to count money, because she completely ignored me. I spotted another employee and asked if the other register was open. ‘Yeah, but she’s helping someone else’, gestures over toward the high-dollar trash belt buckles where a haggard bleached blonde woman is talking to someone, for quite awhile. Turned and asked the other employee if she could check me out. She didn’t answer. Just stopped straightening the cardboard cutout on a vendor display, and walks straight to the back. I finally ask the child finance educator if she can check me out, and she also defers to the haggard geriatric blonde. Do y’all hate money? I’m trying to buy things, and no one seems to want to facilitate that. Haggard finally comes over, ignores me and the line that’s formed behind me, to ring up the guy she’s been chatting up for the past several minutes. I bought my beverages and two slices of their sad sad pizza, and couldn’t get out the door fast enough. I won’t be back, unless it’s an absolute necessity. Your people just don’t care, and that apathy comes from your leadership. I knocked the dust off my shoes when I walked out. Never again.

Bathrooms are filthy with trash all over and urine all over the toilets and floors. It falls on those using the facilities too but damn this was nasty. Soap dispensers loaded with soap but don’t dispense in the men’s room. If this is how the bathrooms look I’m not trusting the kitchen for food
Coffee machines, soda fountains and ice makers are out of order.
Plus the old lady at the counter wants $10 “cash only” for truck parking. Is this place good for anything ?

This is the worst Road Ranger I ever been the people here don’t care and they are not interested on drivers that need to take a break or taking a shower. They have and old lady blonde hair Latin American that told me that they cannot changed a lotto ticket becaused they can’t do mouth the number in. The lotto machine that gives scratch tickets is the worst, they don’t put the tickets right in it and they do it on purpose so they won’t pay the earnings out. I left the ticket in counter becaused they wanted me to go to another store and changed it. If you don’t to pay out tickets don’t sell lottery. Scratch out the machine and just don’t sell any of it. Is bad enough that you can’t put the tickets the right way and maybe you are drunk when you do it. Never again will stop at this place again I hope that lady go changed the ticket and keep the money.
