Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory worst body shop in Odessa!
The customer service, particularly Chris, the tech manager, was extremely rude and disappointing . He provided an initial time frame multiple times for the completion of the repairs, which he now has extended over the months due to delays with the same part. While he claims the part has arrive and been painted, he has stated that he will install it at his convenience, which is unacceptable, my insurance company has already paid them, so he gets to push the vehicle to the side until he feels like finishing it. They threw parts behind my seats in the truck, and have scratch some leather off, and left trash all over my truck, I’m sure with my truck still being there in their shop he will do the laziest part and throw on the piece and call it a day
As he is the sole point of contact, this has made the situation even more frustrating. I strongly advise against recommending this shop to other customers.

I had the worst experience with Quality Body Works!! They took the longest to fix my car. I have a head light that is still not fixed. I took it in and had to drop it off. 1 week later the head light was doing the same thing. They said they did an alignment and I am now working on taking it somewhere so they can confirm one was done. Though it does not feel like it did. I was not happy at all with them and I have had my share of experiences with body shops since I am not the best driver. I do NOT recommend them at all! I would of chose no stars if it was an option.

I went in today to get a quote & from the minute I stepped in, everyone was very rude. The receptionist had an attitude & acted like she didn’t want to do her job. Then the guy who came out to do the estimate was extremely rude & even argued with me. I don’t understand why insurance companies even deal with this place. Very rude & unprofessional! Will never give this place any business!

Took my car in for minor damage to driver side hood, bumper and head lamp. They got me in quickly cleaned and buffed passenger side head lamp to match the one that needed repair . They were Patient with me and the 3rd party company paying for the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked my car up and found there employees were professional NONE of my compartments (glove box ,center concule,ect...) were tampered with searched or looted. My friend had also left a very expensive pair of sun glasses in my car that were still there when I picked up my car. Best part was I had asked about small chips in my paint due to rocks on highway as well as a nasty scratch on door (damage was already there and unrelated to reason my car was in shop), they gave me a small canister left over from the paint and trim job for me to self apply for minor touch ups.

I've used this business a few times in the past and always had a great experience. My experience today went over and above any expectations. These people are extremely friendly and more than helpful. It's very hard to find a business in Odessa these days with the quality of Customer Service these folks have. Wish you guys nothing but the best and THANK YOU!!

These guys do great work. They took the time and did it right. The paint is still looking good after 4 years. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone needing body work.

Bad experience the last time with the owner, didn't keep his word upon finishing my 2018 ltz Z71 pickup and also with the deductible, missing clips on my fender wells, and they used 3dM tape to stick my light covers back on, also when they buffed my truck i,I, buffed my clear coat all the way down to the base coat

They need new sign.Piss poor Quality.4 small dents not fixed.New scratches on front right bummer. 1/4 tank of gasoline used. I think it looks like they used it for going home every night for the last six weeks. Sorry we even took it there.

I would just like to warn everyone to not use Quality Body Works in Odessa. From their communication to their workmanship they’re horrible! I used them as they were highly recommended to me and my car is my baby. Rare color hellcat with low miles, you think they would do their best I’m obviously a car guy!! But these are the issues I still have with my car after taking it back to them 3 times:-My factory stripes get further and further apart the closer they get to the front bumper-Missing emblem on driver’s side fender, crooked emblem on passenger side fender-Glove box no longer opens and closes correctly-Dash has indentations (I assume where they tried to pry it off to replace the steering wheel)-Car is reading front turn signal light out even though it’s working-Headlights not adjusted, had to adjust them myself as I couldn’t see anything at nightAnd I’m sure I’m forgetting some things, if it wasn’t perfect that’s fine but I reached out to Bryan the owner to voice my concerns and he said “well that’ll have to do” they are unwilling to help at all so now I’m having to get attorneys involved and will likely have to pay another shop to fix their mistakes.10/10 DO NOT RECOMMENDService: Auto body & trim repair

I was recommended to this body shop by my insurance and was quoted 24 hours it has been 2 months and I still don’t have my vehicle. I’ve wasted over a thousand dollars on a rental and I can’t get a definitive answer of when my vehicle will be ready. Lots of run around answers or won’t return my calls and of course everything is “out of their control.” I was told it was in the wash and just about ready to get picked up then it had a light come on and had to get sent somewhere else which didn’t sound true to me but I’m no professional. I did speak to Ashley and she eased my mind a bit and said she would try her hardest to get me in my vehicle asap. Definitely wouldn’t recommend taking your car here.

Absolutely terrible service and will never use this company. My mother had taken her car for hail damage repair. They quoted her 2 weeks, also insurance quoted about $2000 damage. They have had her car for over 6 weeks and told her, her payment would be 11k, now how in the world would insurance be off that much? I think these people are scammers. If you want your vehicle back in a timely manner and a reasonable quote I suggest going elsewhere.
