The manager was very pleasant to talk to and helped to get me my food correctly. She was nice and even had the delivery driver bring me my corrected meal in a timely manner. Will definitely be ordering from here again !

Delivery wasn’t on time and the pizza was super soggy. I’ll stick to Dominoes. I use to love Papa John’s back in Wichita Falls.

Damm i ordered and then seen the reviews FML! When i called in some dude in a call center across the globe ? answered lmfao damm did i just order a pizza from india or get scammed?? ? ?? well il just have to wait and c, not looking good so far lol

We ordered a medium pizza, which was yummy. 2 orders of wings, 1 Buffalo and 1 garlic parmesan, and ended up with 2 Buffalo with barely any sauce. Luckily, I had a Buffalo sauce from McDonald's for one order.

Tried to call in order but they outsource calls to India. Can’t understand guy taking order . Ended up with dominos who answer calls in store. Will not be calling papa John’s again !

We ordered a family deal. Paid extra for stuff crust. $32+ dollars for two large pizzas and the one with two toppings, a large, has barely any meat on it. It's a shame and a fact these places are going out of business. Don't waste your money.

Check your pizza before you leave. Mine was missing several toppings I paid extra for. Their response was to say I'd have to take it all the way back across town and prove it to them. Thanks for the unreliable service and ripoff.

Went to pick up a order, the guy working refused to give me the order even though it was already paid for, trying to get me to pay for it again, when I wouldn't paid for it again, he said I could talk to his manager, then threaten to call the cops on me, if I didn't leave, guess he thought because I'm a big guy with tattoos that would scare me, when the cop got there all of a sudden his manager wasn't come in today. I will never go to this or anything Papa johns ever again... they're pizza isn't worth the money or problems.......
