Michael was helpful resolving an issue I had with mixed ball joint . But it doesn’t seem like they have organization.
Took a while to find the part because it was misplaced and the AC does not work inside the store not a good environment to be waiting around without AC

Me and my partner went today and we are very disappointed with the service this store provides. Once my husband walked in, immediately the employee said “ I am alone” my husband was there to get an engine light scan but due to the under staffing we did have to go to other store. Most frustrating part was the employee Didn’t apologize for the situation if anything The employee was rude about it. I also feel like the employee didn’t try at all to help us as she was on a personal call through speakerphone. Understand that O’Reillys manager does everything in their power to keep the store running. However, I do feel like it’s important to have someone in the store that understands vehicles or can manage it alone

Overall there are certain O'Reilly's that are great with customers and as an employee for O'Reilly's I have to say that I've enjoyed working for the company but there are a lot of things that need to be addressed as far as work.

They never answer the phone. Guys have very limited knowledge of parts or where they are located. Rachel the manager is never available to speak about charges made on my account that weren't permitted. So that's a loss. I would visit the O'Reilly on 8th or 42nd before ever wasting time and money here.

Oreillys is easier to return stuff all you need is your phone number...and they have the correct information as far as compatibility...they are hands down the best in the automotive parts business

Shout out to AB for being so courteous and installing my new battery in a matter of minutes. I previously went to the store on Billy Hext and was absolutely not impressed with the customer service so I came to the store on JBS and was treated totally different. I did not get the girls name at the sale counter but she was also super friendly. I would highly recommend anyone to visit for any of their parts needs.
