Odessa YMCA is a great place for programs for kids, adults, learning to exercise (swimming, karate basketball, team sports, etc.) Relying heavily on donations, this is also a great place to make charitable donations. No one is turned away for financial inability. They’ve done major updates recently and added a ton of workout equipment. The facility and customer service is top notch!

The women’s restrooms in the locker room are so dated and nasty the showers have mold which is so unhealthy and that locker room is the one you get for the expensive membership its supposed to be the cool locker room that has the steam room and jacuzzi which is all so gross

My 3 year old grandson loves the learning center. His teachers are wonderful. Actually, everyone there is great and that's what makes the school a success. My grandson looks forward to going everyday.

So I went to go get my fingerprints at the YMCA, and the lady who works for IdentoGo (little miss attitude)was telling three teenagers. I guess they were doing community service. And she was telling them what to do but in a super rude manner with alot of attitude (if I was that teenager I would go to the manager and file a complaint on her) then she's walk down the hallway looks at me and says she's not putting up with teenagers today Smiling. Mind you she was telling them to throw the trash or whatever in a really rude way and so then she comes back into her office (if you were talking to me like that I would absolutely not listen to your unprofessional self.) She calls my name and starts asking me questions with attitude (first of all there's no reason why you should be talking to me like that) She was also being so rough with my hands (I even told her and she kept quiet) If you say you're not gonna put up with teenagers, then you should stop acting like one and set the example miss adult.

Went today. Online says they are open but we're closed. Needed a hot shower cuz got no water..I guess nothing in Odessa open to help people when they need it the most..

Awful! I got the family membership for $70 a mo. Only to find out that I had access to basically nothing! Then the "upgrade" and "program" cost are exorbitant! $107 a month to access the men's fitness center, plus $85 for the wife, plus, plus, plus. Man I didn't mean to join the redneck country club! I just wanna lift some weights then take a swim a couple of times a week WITHOUT it costing a fortune.

Had to get fingerprinting performed for a state license at IdentoGo which is somehow being performed at the YMCA by YMCA personnel. I obviously was a bother and an inconvenience to the person who assisted me.

I do not recommend enrolling in Any sports programs, I signed up my son for soccer and they don't even have coaches unless someone volunteers to be the coach. I pay for nothing, its not worth wasting your money on this “sports programs”. They just want to charge to register but in reality they don't know how to handle any program. Muy mal servicio y atención al cliente , no ofrezcan programas de deportes si no van a poder ofrecer algo que valga la pena. do not offer sports programs if it is not going to be worth it

I walked into the YMCA yesterday with the intent of joining your gym. The man at the front desk immediately demanded my ID. He did not ask why I was there. He did not greet me in any way other than to demand that I had him my ID.

Have been trying since Feb to book a birthday party eith these idiots as they told me to wait until April 1st and I'd be able to reserve Sherwood through them then April 1st comes they tell me I have to go in decide instead to do it at the YMCA which I've been in contact with since FEB they know the date say I can book the party then when I try they can't take the reservation

This place is horrible for kids sports!!! They cheat and they have volunteer referees that are a joke !!! If I could give 0 stars I would!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME !!!
