I pay $140 of wifi and the wifi is always Lagging! My wifi has been down since yesterday morning and ive been trying to get a hold of someone to help me i know it is the weekend, but why say they have 24/7 Customer support on weekends when they really dont! ?

There have been a few service issues during the ongoing years, but the office has usually given good information and fixed the issues in a timely manner. The service guys are professional and knowledgeable.

Getting service was quick, next day install! The technician was very knowledgable and respectful and answered my many question. I am getting the best speed I have ever gotten from any provider. Reviews made me hesitant but whoever is running things now is doing an excellent job!

When I called to get information of the services they provide I was told they charged $99 for 50 mbps a month. I get my invoice and i’m being charged $128 for the same service that I was told by them that cost $99. Where did this extra charge come from??

I've tried all the providers in Gardendale but i'm back with netwest. The new 6gig netwest has is by far the best we've ever had out here. I can finally game and stream at the same time. The worker folks are super nice and always help when there is a problem.

El Netwest good company! Always helps with me bill. Great customer service. I like the people their very helpful. Would recommend them for interneto!

Avoid this company, we got this service back when there was not a lot of choices in west Odessa. Service just got worse and worse so decided to look for a different provider. We paid $300 plus for installation about 7 years ago. Decided to go with another provider so they came and pick up their tripod that was in our roof and left the holes where the tripod was when I have the email that it stated they would seal the holes and they didn’t. It rained on us and now we’re stuck with a leaking roof because of their unprofessionalism. We got another provider that charged us $35 for installation, vs $300 plus that we paid netwest and we’re already seeing the difference in the internet quality.

Go to Reach Broadband instead, these people are a joke, wish I would have read the reviews before I went with them. Internet ONLY works 4 days out of the week. Charging $150 for a service that does not work as advertised. Also when I notified of canceling service with them, they turned off the internet I already paid for till the end of the week.

One star is way too many but they don't offer any less pay 80 a month to never have internet no response ever this is ridiculous do not use

They are nice and they try, but service at Pleasant Farms is super sketchy and not worth the investment. Also - every time there is a problem, they say we need a new router. Somehow, I can't see my personal equipment as always being the source of service issues.

No matter how many times this kid comes out here and yet nothing works!! I have to disconnect the internet box they provide then my router for ten seconds then it works for a couple of minutes. For months I've been dealing with this and nothing has been fixed. Avoid this company if you lifein Pleasant Farms. They've put a new satellite or so they say and nothing works still.

I honestly would not recommend NetWest to anyone. We have had them for 2 months now and its the worst service we have ever had. We have the highest package they offer and can barely use google. Streaming ANYTHING is out of the question. The told us we needed a new satellite so we waited two weeks for that to arrive. Then it worked for about a day and quit again. Then they told us we needed a new router so we spend $400 on that. Still can't even use it. We then called back to see what else we could do and they said the owner himself would be out to see what needed to be done so we could get any use out of it at all. He has SWORN he would be here 3 separate times on 3 different days now. STILL hasn't shown up much less called to let us know why. If you can avoid this company at all cost I would do so. I will say the lady who answers the phone in the office is pleasant and always kind, but that doesn't explain why no one ever shows up and why I pay over $100 a month for internet that doesn't work at all and a company with ZERO urgency to get the problem fixed.
