Really rude customer service to the lady that answered the phone I called to ask to see if they sell aciete de Roble in order to buy it and she told me that I have to go to the store because she couldn't tell me. Its not a cooking oil my parents live far away and we didn't want to go there if they don't sell it. Trying to save time and gas. I'm glad that I stopped going there and even more with this service that she gave in a rude tone ?. Just a simple answer like I'm sorry idk or I can't give you information or yes or no.

Worst customer service ever! The person that answered the phone couldn't help me because she was to busy in the office. If I called to check for an item it's because I live far and didn't want to make a trip if they didn't carry it. I am disappointed in this store. You need to give your employees customer service training classes. I am a business owner and I know how important customer service is! Don't forget that customers keep our doors open.
