I went in to see about a replacement sim card since customer service Said I could get one replaced for free as mine is faulty. Another guy was there with similar issues and I watched the lady insert a sim card in his device and tell him it didn't work and to buy a new phone. When it was my turn, she inserted the SAME sim card and told me the same and proceeded to contradict herself by telling me that I can't put my sim in another phone and have it work, though that's EXACTLY what she did by putting it into his phone and then straight into mine. Tried to scam me into another phone so she can get commission off it. Mine is BRAND NEW and I am very disappointed. I'm not from TX and have been with metro for 10yrs. This kind of scam is not okay and you need more professional employees who actually know what they are talking about. If this is the service TX has, I may have to take all 4 of my lines to another company because I'm not supporting a company thats scamming its customers.

I didn't catch her name, but the young lady that helped me was great! She answered all of my questions with a breeze and she knew what she was doing. I was out of the store and completely satisfied in no time. Thank you again!
