If you need anything from McCoy's and if you are in a hurry, this is the place. Walk in get your item and check out within 10 minutes, not like Lowe's or Home Depot where by the time you walk through the store and than wait in line for minutes. At McCoy's the employees are very helpful, if you need help they will walk with you and find the item for you instead of pointing and telling you it's over there.

Can't go lower than 1 star, tried to buy a tool shelf said 49.99 get to the counter it rings up 59.99, she called a guy he said it wasn't their fault, he called a guy that guy didn't even try to do anything this is the 4th time in 2 months that this store has been a big disappointment

Walked into McCoys searching for a specific replacement piece for a desk I ordered and some other supplies. I was greeted immediately by an employee named Ivan. He was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to finding every item I needed. Ivan helped me load everything in my vehicle and sent me on my way. I will definitely be returning in the near future.

Or just ask for the man who knows everything forward, backwards, Blindfolded about plumbing.
Ask for him if you wish to Expedite & learn about your project.
He took noodle--brains--me, & INSPIRED ME to put on gloves & go forward combating all obstacles, doubts, fears,& literally with his faith in GOD's word & face all my challenges superiorly above them.
*** If he doesn't have that part... he will FRAKENSTEIN bits & pieces together for you INTO AN ENTIRE Manufactured part that you need.
I always wish him a very very very long long life to him, because many of public cannot function easily without him i assure you.
If you walk into *.. lowes, home depot ect. most People run, rush to get away from the line of sights of Customers, they vanish & if you catch ONE all you get is **BLANK ZOMBIE STARES ?♂️ ?♀️ ?♀️ ?♂️
He inspires gleefulness because he rescues you annnd the ROCKY Music ?? "IM GONNA FLY NOW""
...with my project. Cant wait to get back to it; to finish confidently. If people find out I'll have to get an appointment next time. GOD BLESS.

So disappointed. I've done retail for many years and never spoke to customers the way one did. I tried explaining what we needed and the man was so rude. Kept saying he was a specialist and if we didn't believe him we could follow and he'd show us. Nothing was said about his competency. When we tried to explain again, he kept interrupting and speaking rude again. Then was rude to a different customer while speaking to us. I walked away, I had to. We would've left but we didn't want to drive all the way across town to another store. My fiance had the same irritation while dealing with him solo. He was , in all rude, disrespectful, full of himself and refused to listen. We are not returning.
