Store was very neat and clean. Displays were easy to view merch, employees are very family friendly and very helpful.. The store itself could use some air conditioning our experience there was great, yet very hot and sweaty while shopping around, would have stayed longer and shopped more but kids were getting very fussy. Air conditioning really needs to get looked at hope it gets fixed soon so we can returned.

I used to work here when it was Woods Boots.. Man what a night n day difference. The overall place is clean and updated, they do have a lot of clothes to choose from, from what I seen, I went in to get work boots, wow the variety of selection has gone way down on boots and work wear. Not to say they don't have any good boots or anything, but the variety was way fewer than it was when Woods was around, I don't even like country but there was no music playing and it was awfully quiet inside.

Found a pair of boots that I have wanted for years. Best deal on a pair of boots that I have ever received! I had a sizing question, and their customer service helped me within in minutes... and after creating my order, they shipped within 30 minutes! I was blown away. Product made it to me in Tennessee in 2 days with free shipping!!! I will definitely purchase again though Martin Boot Company!

Wife and I enjoyed the walk around, but weren't look to buy. Great customer service, very helpful staff. We will be back when ready to by western ware.
