If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a new wall oven with installation for over $2500. They finally come install it, but only partially - said they needed to come back later to do the trim kit. Its been a week and a half and I have not heard a damn thing back from them. Also no one answers the phone when calling the store to check. I will NEVER use Lowes EVER again.

Be careful here when using gift cards here. I had a 50$ gift card and when I went to check out, the employee scratched the PIN number off with scissors. The lady told me to call the customer service number they couldn't help me so forwarded my information to the store. The manager called me and told me to go to customer service and she would make sure it was going to get taken care of. We go and waited two hours while the customer service made several phone calls about it. Not once did a manager come to talk to us they just called her and she was telling them what to do. I worked in customer service for 5 years this is terrible customer service. They could have just given me another gift card. We left because they couldn't take care of it and just gave me the same corporate customer service number to call.

I have to give 1 star but they don't deserve that one. I ordered a window back in aug of 2022, they lost the first one, the second one was the wrong sized. Finally they replaced my window in October then refused to come replace all the trim they tore off that was not nessesary. They attempted to send the installers " A to Z " out of El Paso. Both times they left me waiting for at least 2 hours and never showed up. I requested another installer and lowes informed me they have no one else to do it. A to Z sucks. Do not let them come to your house and I don't recommend ordering anything from Lowe's. Of course you have to pay up front which is a horrible idea. I am done with lowes and will never order anything from them again. They are thieves. They take your money and refuse to deliver.

Wish I would have read all the bad reviews. Wr have always bought from here or Home Depot. We tend to go more to Lowe's since it's closer. However, We purchased a hood that was 400$ online and our contractor was behind so our project got delayed by 4 months, well anyway the hood was never opened until the day we were going to install it it, we opened the box and when we took it out of the box the screw fell out. The manager refused to take it back, we were just needing either a replacement or store credit, they still refused, they said they have a 48hour return policy, now we are stuck with a defective item. Home Depot has at least a 90 day return policy, and will makes exceptions for things such as this. Again I was attempting to return a new item that was defective. Customer service is hard to find now a days. I am not sure I want to make any big purchases here.

I am in here alot. Today the store was a total mess. Not sure what was happening but they had lanes blocked off and forklifts inside and out. The guy was so rude when I asked how to get out of there. The way it was blocked left one way in and I was stuck. He said, Well you shouldn't have come in here lady. So rude. Hope it was just a one time thing.

As much as I like this place I wont go back if they can't afford to hire cashiers. I dont work for free. But the service is always decent. There's no excuse for not having employees to check out customers.

I bought a washer and dryer from Lowe's. They were delivered today but they both had problems so the delivery guys took them back. I cannot get anybody on the phone to ask when or if I will eventually get them. When I call their number all I get is a recording that keeps hanging up on me. I'm so angry. Now I have to go look for a laundromat.

IN OTHER WORDS YOU’RE STUCK WITH IT OR PAYING THE SHIPPING BACK TO THE MANUFACTURER! YOU MUST BE REALLY HURTING FOR THE HIGH INTEREST OF YOUR CREDIT CARDS TO PUSH THEM SO HARD!
