I know it's a big box store, but I love this place and will find any excuse to come here. They have everything I can want, and my mind spins every time I go in here with all sorts of ideas of things I can make and/or do.

If I could give zero stars I would. Purchased a new wall oven with installation for over $2500. They finally come install it, but only partially - said they needed to come back later to do the trim kit. Its been a week and a half and I have not heard a damn thing back from them. Also no one answers the phone when calling the store to check. I will NEVER use Lowes EVER again.

I went back here because I shop Lowes. But over the years, its proving to be a terrible place to shop. The wait time, the attitude of the reps, the lack of customer values, and more is prevalent everywhere. I waited 1hr at the appliance department, no help and the customer service rep told me to wait more...and yet no one came to help. I left after 1hr 30mins without any help. This is ridiculous.

My family loves going to Lowe's home improvement stores. They have had exactly what we need for our home repairs with our two houses. Excellent store

To Whom It May Concern,I want to report an unexpected and unprofessional experience with a product I purchased from Lowe's. I have been a loyal customer for 23 years and have never encountered such issues before. On Friday (9/15), I faced a sink blockage problem and attempted to resolve it using an 'Instant Power Drain Opener' from Lowe's. Unfortunately, the product not only failed to work but made the situation worse. I visited Lowe's on September 19th after picking up my daughters from Reagan Elementary School.Initially, I encountered difficulties obtaining a refund. The first cashier was unable to assist, and a senior colleague couldn't process the refund either. They called their manager, Tara, who, without investigating, assumed I had used the product incorrectly. I had followed the instructions and even recorded a video as evidence. Tara's response was frustrating, leading me to request her manager, Joe, to intervene. Before Joe arrived, another employee attempted to support the situation, but I was dissatisfied with their explanation that I should contact the manufacturer. I believe Lowe's, as the seller, should handle this, not customers. I later contacted the manufacturer, Michelle, who approved the refund promptly.During this ordeal, an employee displayed unprofessional behavior, laughing and smirking in front of my daughters. Manager Joe was understanding but reiterated the inability to issue a refund, advising me to contact the manufacturer for a $22 product. My concern extends beyond the refund; it's about customer treatment. Lowe's should inform customers about the process upfront. The promise of "100% customer satisfaction" should be upheld. I hope Lowe's considers extensive training to improve customer interactions.

Terrible customer service waited for the one employee working the appliances to finish up with the few people ahead of me that took about 30 minutes then when it’s my turn it turns out he has to go to lunch and said he will send someone to help after 15 minutes nothing so I go request someone from the ladies standing around talking away to one another. Wait around another 15 minutes or more so I request someone again wait around another 15 minutes finally I get tired of waiting so I leave to take my business elsewhere. I already knew what I wanted just needed someone to cash me out and give me the product

First of all Lowes had what I wanted. This was my experience. I got directed towards what I wanted. Took a picture of the heavy items I needed. Showed the cashier what I wanted, she rang me up. Some nice gentlemen loaded my purchase onto my truck. No time wasted waiting. Loved it!

Good for general stuff but buyer beware on major appliances. They won't let u return appliances without making u jump through alot of whoops. Bad return policy.

We chose. LOWES to do some kitchen updates. We started the process in Feb 2023. It's been such a hassle! From wrong materials being delivered to our home to not being able to find our order/materials and damages materials delivered to the house. We were again scheduled (notified by Lowes) to have material delivered on Saturday August 19th ... we waited all day and finally called Lowes aboit 3pm and asked if they were still going to deliver materials to our home... they said yes- we will have it there by 8pm.. no one called. We waited from 8am to 8pm for them to show. No one showed. Same thing on Sunday!!! Now we are told the materials are not even at the store! They are "on the truck and on their way to their store"" I definitely would NOT recommend using Lowes for any home improvement services! 7 months now ! Dealing with them.

Be careful here when using gift cards here. I had a 50$ gift card and when I went to check out, the employee scratched the PIN number off with scissors. The lady told me to call the customer service number they couldn't help me so forwarded my information to the store. The manager called me and told me to go to customer service and she would make sure it was going to get taken care of. We go and waited two hours while the customer service made several phone calls about it. Not once did a manager come to talk to us they just called her and she was telling them what to do. I worked in customer service for 5 years this is terrible customer service. They could have just given me another gift card. We left because they couldn't take care of it and just gave me the same corporate customer service number to call.

Customer service sucks. If you're going to hire people that hate life...put them in the very back where the customers don't have to deal with them.
