The food was incredible... We had the WIMPY BURGER, aptly named from the ole Popeye cartoons. But MORE IMPORTANTLY, the atmosphere was inviting, friendly, and peaceful. Chief Luis Tijerina, owner, operator, and head chef is a kindred spirit with a gifted spatula!! His grandson waits tables and, like his g-pa , is a respectful, fun loving young person!! When you eat at Louie's Place, you'll get a wonderful meal and an even better personal dining experience!! Thank you to both Luis and his g-son for a great lunch.... We'll be coming back on our trips through Odessa and telling our friends????????☀️
