0/10 Would not recommend. Made an appointment & when I dropped my truck off I was told they couldn’t get to truck for 2wks (why make an appointment). I was then promised a week later truck would be done. Wasn’t. Wrong part ordered even after I verified they were purchasing the correct part. Fast forward 3 weeks later, truck still wasn’t finished. No communication during that time unless I called them. I end up ordering, overnighting, & bringing them the correct part myself. Upon drop off of correct part, I spoke to owner, Stephen, in person at the shop & he assured me it would be done next day by 2pm. I get home 20 min later & receive a text from an employee (not Stephen) that said to come pick up truck that they couldn’t get to it tomorrow after all. They were trying to charge way more labor hours than it really took on the little service they did in the 3 weeks. And to top it all off, they left greasy truck parts sitting in the carpet floorboards without laying down plastic or paper. Zero honest communication with the customer. Zero customer service, period.

Honestly if you’re own brother or dad had a shop you’d still be crazy to pick them over LSM. Went to several different shops to get my wheels balanced and none of them could get it done but LSM. They fixed the suspension on my F-250 as well. #1 place in West Texas for you’re aftermarket needs whether that’s show truck, performance vehicle, or off-roading. This is the spot.

Best place to get accessories & performance mods on your car or truck.Had my hellcat charger taken their for mods after mods. Stephen & guys take real good care of your car while its with them. Best Shop in West Texas hands down!

2016 Jeep Renegade Limited Tereflex installI ordered the kit myself and Tereflex didn't ship the hardware. Steve was awesome he and his crew went around the area and was able to find all the hardware. Great people love the work going back to get an alignment.

Big thank you to Steven and his crew. I’ve used them in the past and impressed with their work. Took my truck and ranger to them to have lift, new wheels and tires and new axles put on Polaris ranger as well as airbags on truck as well as other maintenance. They got everything done in short time frame for us to make our vacation. I trust their work so much we left from their shop, drove straight to Colorado and put just shy of 400 miles on the ranger in the San Juan Mountains. Great people and great work!
