I not use them again! Not to buy or sell! If you choose to go with Strahan Realty, do not choose Austin Strahan!Pros-*First time we called to have someone represent us he came without hesitation.Cons-*after our first encounter, he was ALWAYS late to every appointment. Even our closing day. (My fiancé and I kept making bets on how long he would take)*When we had questions that needed to be asked to the seller’s realtor, he always said something along the lines that he could not do it or could not ask yet.*I am not trying to be mean but he is LAZY!*If he did "ask" it would take him hours or days to later tell us that he could not ask and we would have to wait until everything was signed.*I know some realtors do research on the houses a few minutes before but with Austin, you can tell he did not know much about house terminology.*His answer for ALL repairs was oh that can be an easy fix. Yes I admit on some it could be easy but it is time consuming or costly.*I requested a few thing regarding items I wanted to him to ask the seller so we could add it to the contract and he refused to add them or ask about it.- One example is the refrigerator. He asked him plethora of times regarding him asking the seller if they would leave it. He said we could not ask that. My fiancé called the sellers relator she first said the owner will leave it (but we asked after everything was signed :( ) few minutes later we get a text from Austin saying they will no longer leave it. Making me feel that he said something to the seller’s realtor or the actual sellers because he was mad that we spoke with the seller’s realtor.*If I knew I could switch relators I would, but that is my fault for being a first time homebuyer.*Like my fiancé says Austin seems like he is afraid of life and being aggressive. I do not know much about being a realtor but I think you would need to be a bit aggressive and firm in my eyes to be a realtor.
