I'm disabled and today when I stopped to get gas, the courteous young lady that was going between working inside and straightening things outside came over and took my payment into the store. This was such a blessing since I struggle walking. I definitely will be a return customer. Customer service like this is hard to find. Thank you for having such compassiate employees!!!

Kent Kwik stores are the only gas stores in Odessa you can always get a receipt printed at the pump. All the other stores need to get on their level.

Horrible Place to ship very prejudice against the homeless and less fortunate so I had over 500 dollars on me and got told to leave the store cause of my backpack and the manager said did it buddy steal the tis below what buddy I pulled out the wad of 100 s and told the store I don’t need ur business needs to be checked in on something has to be done in America to stop the hate

Will never visit this location again for anything other than gas. Pulled in for an oil change & car inspection. Didn't have the brand I normally use, but needed the oil change & definitely inspection. Saw my car parked to the side but no one told me it was ready. After about 20 minutes I went to the desk to pay with my Texaco card. Card was declined because that particular "card reader" was broken. Used another card & when I got my receipt I asked about the inspection. Oh, did you want your car inspected? YEAH!! Did you ask about it when you came in? YEAH!! Grabbed my receipt & left. Now have to make another trip to get inspected. NOT A

There are like 3 guys working there. They don't tell you that. I waited 1 hour for nothing. There were people in the waiting room who had been waiting for 2 hours, so after an hour of waiting, I left! Don't bother waiting your time like I did! Went back on a Saturday morning and they made it right!

You just lost our business, permanently! We have two 2014 Ford Escapes. The last two times I took mine in for an oil change, the tech left my front and back splash guards off. My husband found them in a pile of other discarded parts, down in the pit where they work on the cars. We've found screws not tight or missing several times. Because of the cold weather, I convinced my husband to drop his Escape off today for an inspection and oil change. And of course, when he got it to work and checked, the back splashguard was missing. He went back just now to find it. He and the mgr. could see where the dirt under the car showed that it was recently removed. And the same screws that hold both guards were in place, holding just the front guard. The missing guard is gone. I'm not going to dig through their dumpster. We've used this Kent Kwik for many years, but this is ridiculous and we won't be back.

I went to the Kent Kwik Lube to get my vehicle inspected. The guy let me know several times he would be right w me and I don't think I even had to wait 5 min til he got to me. Then showed me to waiting area, pointed out the drinks available. Then I waited maybe 5-10 min and it was completed. The lady that checked me out was extremely friendly!! Very explanatory about everything! Gave the '10 point' speech like I had got an oil chg Even walked me to my vehicle and opened door for me and I only got a $7 inspection! Highly recommend!! Would even go back for oil chg! Got gas next and counter help was Extremely friendly!!
