I went to JCPenney salon after my hair was botched at a “high end salon” where they refused to fix my hair after they messed it up! Ms Denise and Ms Becky were so very nice and took me in without an appt. Ms Denise did an exceptional job at correcting someone else’s mistake. I one 100% recommend Ms Denise as she can meet your every need! Very knowledgeable and holds her self accountable every step of the way. I’m si happy she took me in!Thank you JCP salon!Thank you Ms Becky and most importantly thank you Ms Denise!!!

WORST experience I’ve ever had. I usually never go to the salon and the ONE time I do. She messed up my hair so bad. I told her exactly where to cut the bangs and how I wanted them but she still proceeded to cut them TOO short. on top of that she had an attitude when I walked in and I got charged 15 DOLLARS for her to mess my hair up and I can’t even do anything with it because of how short they are :/. Idek how some of you guys even get a license for this stuff . NEVER coming back here and I DO NOT RECOMMEND coming here at all they will over charge you just to get your hair messed up. If I could give it ZERO stars I would because it doesn’t even deserve the one start I’m required to put

Needed to get a haircut and waited until the last minute when no other place in the mall had an opening . Just happened to be walking through JCP to get to the parking lot and saw the salon they got me in and I had a bunch of laughs w the stylist and got a great cut. disaster averted!

So I called to see if they had someone that could braid my hair. This is the first JCPennys that I know that doesn't have a black hair stylist. That's insane to me. Mind you this isn't the first time I've called and asking. In the four years of being in this town nothing has changed and that is sad. But the sweet lady did give me a number to a braider but maybe y'all need to consider hiring her smh ??♀️ or someone that does black women hair.
