Today I went to James Avery to get my bracelet clean. I ended up selecting a charm ✨ Baby Footprint ✨ I asked the sales associate if she would help me with a gender reveal. She (Krystal) agreed so I handed her the envelope and told her whichever charm pink/blue coordinated with what’s in the envelope. Krystal had a big smile on her face and said “this is exciting”. She covered up the screen so the details wouldn’t pop up and then she folded the receipt and handed it to me. I went to pick up my bracelet after 5 and explained to Nevaeh on my intentions with my merchandise. They had everything wrapped, in a box, and in a bag—-normally when I get my jewelry cleaned there, they grab it out of a clear plastic baggie and just hand it over. All I asked for was the cloth sleeve to keep it concealed so I feel they went the extra mile. James Avery staff was super nice and supportive and I appreciate their care with this transaction ?

Came in not knowing exactly what I wanted for my best friend, changed my mind a lot. Everyone was very helpful and patient even when the place was extremely busy!!

I am from California, and stopped in to drop off all my jewelry and my daughters and purchase a few items. Anita was the associate who helped me and she was the sweetest and I will definitely be back to see her when I come to Texas for my James Avery needs .
