“Best Internet service to have in my opinion, never had any problems. Download speed of 180 mbps until I contacted customer service( kindest customer service) to get me a technician to help me out with it cutting in and out, they fixed it asap, and it ran at 230 mps after he fixed it. More affordable than optimum, its fiber, and the ping was amazing for 2 xboxs, laptop and 3 phones on the 300 mbps plan. its too good, i wish they would service my new area in midland ! :(((”
