DO NOT get your haircut by Karina! She will cut more than you want off. I asked for a small trim about one inch to two the most! She cut more than 4 inches off. She kept talking about her husband problems instead of listening to what I want. Now I have to suffer the consequences. My hair was to my lower back and it’s to my chest now! SUPER UPSET. She didn’t apologize at all

My first try at contacting the salon was through their FB page. After 4 days of not getting a response I called. The lady that I spoke with was very nice. She told me all the stylists schedule their own appointments and she would pass my contact info on for one of them to call me back. It has now been a week and no one has called me. Will take my business elsewhere.

Don’t see Karina. Didn’t know she used 40 vol until I saw my hair fall out in clumps on the ground. Didn’t get better from there. Asked for long layers because my left over hair is fried and stringy and now I have uneven chopped layers?
