Would be 0 stars if it would let me. This location screwed up my taxes BIG TIME. I had a bad feeling about them from the beginning. I was frequently correcting them when filing. I’ve received 3 letter from the IRS now with thousands in fines and tens of thousands in incorrect fillings on dividends simply because they didn’t process and submit itemizations that were provided. I’ve had to hire an accountant that is trying to resubmit on their mess. Not only do I not trust them to correct the mistakes but this location closes after filing deadlines and are not available to clean up their own messes. Also don’t pay for the $40 peace of mind insurance, it means nothing for you.

If I were you I would find someone, or somewhere else to file your taxes, these people don't know what they are doing. there tax system is full of errors and they have a lazy process. Get your money's worth go somewhere else.
