I live on the east side of town so I go to the east side H-E-B a lot, but today I went to the west side HEB and I know from previous experience that it is a much nicer store than the East side but today they showed me again how much better they are than the Eastside store I am disabled and I was using one of their motorized buggies, which by the way on the east side they're broken down none of them last long enough to do your shopping. The one on the west side fully charged not broken down much much better experience. When going to check out, the cashier came around to me and said I will unload your basket for you, they do not do that at the East side. The store is so much cleaner at the west side. The people are so much nicer. Everything's organized better I just want to say kudos to the people running the west side H-E-B.

I understand that your air-conditioning has been broken for a while now. I understand the things cannot always be fixed quickly. But not allowing your cashiers or front end staff to have fans or drinking water it’s ridiculous. Have y’all not been outside? Do you have any idea how hot it is? I will no longer be spending my hard earned money with a company that does not take care of their employees.

Just opened a brand new (sealed) container of H-E-B’s Quick Oats. There was a live bug in it. I understand this issue would be from your factory and not this particular location. I just didn’t know where to leave this information. I’m sure there will be or already has been other containers with this issue.

Yes, this is a complainer post - sorry. I hope you’ve already had dinner. Hopefully it was not HAM. I’m not much of a pork or ham eater - never have been, and can probably say I will never consume pork or ham again after this. Tonight I cooked a bone-in “fully cooked” ham from H-E-B, followed the instructions with the glaze, cooked it for 2.5 hours total time. All the sides were perfect! I took the ham out and it *looked* glorious in all its drippings and crisp edges. Then I call everyone to come eat - start cutting the ham... and then..... ??? What IS this!?!? It just kept getting worse! Obvious signs of bacteria, and food poisoning waiting to happen. I will never buy/cook/eat pork or ham again. Evaaaaaa again! I bought it 4 days ago and it’s been in my 36° fridge. This is THE nastiest thing I have experienced in a while. ?

The store is always clean. The personnel is always happy to help. I see manager in the floor from every department and they are attentive to the public and their product. if I have to request something, it will be if they can carry some Roux (Kary's, Richard's or Savoie's brands) and if there any way to reduce the price of meat.

I love this H-E-B! They have a much better selection than the one on 42nd and even though the lines can look long, they move fast. I always find unique stuff that the kids love and they have fabulous coupons that make my budget stretch even further than I expected. Thanks to H-E-B, I am ahead on my Christmas shopping and that's something I never ever thought I would say! Let's talk about this pharmacy! If you have a prescription that is not covered by your insurance, always bring it to H-E-B! GoodRX has much better savings at H-E-B than anywhere else. My RX with GoodRX was $700 at Walgreens yet it was only $30 here. And that's for a month supply! That's a major difference on my budget for a RX that I can't live without! And if you know that a RX is coming, let them know you anticipate your doctor prescribing it and they will make sure it is in stock so you never run out! Now I am never out of my hard to find RX. And they have shorter pharmacy lines with much more polite staff members! So much better than Walgreens or CVS!
