“This is a nice homestyle country store out in the middle of nowhere. It was nice to have for us families that lived out there to have some kind of food and convenience store. She has made alot of improvements over the last 30 years and it's a big truck stop now! Come give them a try if your passing by, you can call in your food as well so you don't have to wait!”

“I live on the east side of town so I go to the east side H-E-B a lot, but today I went to the west side HEB and I know from previous experience that it is a much nicer store than the East side but today they showed me again how much better they are than the Eastside store I am disabled and I was using one of their motorized buggies, which by the way on the east side they're broken down none of them last long enough to do your shopping. The one on the west side fully charged not broken down much much better experience. When going to check out, the cashier came around to me and said I will unload your basket for you, they do not do that at the East side. The store is so much cleaner at the west side. The people are so much nicer. Everything's organized better I just want to say kudos to the people running the west side H-E-B.”

“I asked the produce lady what the difference was between red pluots & mottled pluots. she took one of each and disappeared and then reappeared moments later with them halved and in separate containers labeled for comparison. The mottled pluots were head & shoulders better than the red. Plump, sweet, juicy, home run! By the way, she also knew the name denoted a cross between plums and apricots. Wish I knew her name. Excellent customer service that was above and beyond what was expected. Thank you. Get some mottled pluots and put them in your fridge today for a delicious treat on a hot day.”

“Very impressed with Sarena, whom was stocking the shelves with Valentine decorations, she offered to open the boxes since she said I'm the customer and that she was their for me.I said I didn't want to do that to her but thank you, she saw me again and said it would take seconds to open and it would be going on the shelf anyway.I've not had that customer service and felt the importance as a customer as I did today in years.She is definitely an asset to the company, and I pray she will be there again when I return, cause I will.God Bless you Sarena or Serena!!”

“It's a good store with good staff friendly management. Today I went in there and their freezers were down. I guarantee you they're going to leave everything in there and refreeze everything when they get their freezers fixed. I wouldn't buy any Frozen or refrigerated goods from them for at least a month.”
