Broker lied, appt 0530, they don't start receiving until 0630 room for 2 trucks in driveway to wait. Lots of room in street.

Entrance is on the east side of the building, no clear instructions where the truck entrance is till you get to the correct entrance. Appt is required and they are not 24/7 here like the broker insisted . Checked in 6:30am checked out 7:10 am

Why does it takes close to an hour on will call to get the beer. This happens very often. I make my order before 12 pm and get there to get it and it takes them forever. When I go to standard sales I do my order there an 10 minutes later they give me my beers.

Truckers if you are late for delivery they wont work you in and make you wait as much as two days for a new appointment. Also they close at 11:30am. So here is a supply chain problem.

Terry Farr is a liar!!! He promises top quality but gives lies, he talks behind your back to make himself better. Glazers is trash!!! He likes your money but if you see, he will make you buy out of date products!!! Place always trying to put close to out of date products out!!!

1st time I picked up our order for Broken Horn Bar and Grill/ Broken Horn Productions LP. Receptionist located on East side of building was nice and on point, sent me to the pick up dock which is located on the northeast side of building. When I backed up to the dock the warehouse guy found our order and I loaded it up. Very professional staff.
