If u could give it a zero I would. I don't know what the young and man just kept saying they were all out of everything I even asked for until I kept looking I hadn't realized he was lying the whole time . Would help me do a trade in due to a the system being down. Any who,.... he showed absolutely no customer service friendly attitude, or helpfulness. I was very disappointed.

Worst customer service ever employees are the most rudest people ever also the people skill they have are the worst I don't recommend buying from this location talking for experience better off buying from either other store locations or Midland area even better GameStop website also the store smells like armpit and sweatMessage to corporate got to fix your employee to be more motivated to work at game stop because they just don't care about there jobs at this location sorry for the review but something has to change this location.

I called this location more than 20 times while driving over an hour to get to the store. Not only did they never answer the phone but then they said they had what I needed in stock but because it was an insurance claim he can't do it because people spending money right this moment are more important than people who bought the insurance then drove an hour to make the trade. I'm absolutely appalled at the lack of professionalism and the absurd disregard for me as a long term customer. I will never return to this location.

I went to use my gift card I Had gotten from work for a new controller and headset but the employees couldn’t help me use it. I’ve used the same card at the other 2 locations. No wonder I was told not to buy here
