Got face wax in my hair on my clothes, painted my nails wrong color asked for a snowflake design that my granddaughter could have painted better and burnt my legs with hot towels they suck

This place says open but everything was a huge mess dirty & towels everywhere no place to sit, loud music blasting & an old candle was burning it smelled horrible!
