“Diane greeted me when I walked in the door. She was helping a customer but let me know she’d be with me shortly. She finished with the customer and started over to help me. I showed her what I was looking for and we walked over to the mattress. We talked for a bit. She invited me to lie down and see how the mattress felt to me. It’s a super nice mattress. Diane is very knowledgeable of the products she sells. She listened to me and I felt heard. She’s all about customer service. She sold me the product I was looking for and assured me that if I wasn’t happy in the next two months she would personally take care of me. She’s a keeper!”
