It's sad to see how this store has declined. First you arrive at a super dirty parking lot full of garbage (obviously most of them are the same customers who throw garbage because they are dirty.) Before they gave you good service at the butcher shop, not anymore. Now it is full of people who don't want to work, they aren't used to it. Yesterday, the service that one of those women was giving to a client while she was talking to her other colleagues about a meeting "so what if you are going to invite me and chat" the client is talking to her and the girl doesn't even notice!
When it's my turn to place my order, I tell her the kind of meat I want and from one side she took out a bag already with meat, I told her what I wanted from inside the display case and not the one she already had outside and without me having seen. According to her, she was going to give me new meat, she opened the window, put in the meat that I didn't want and pretended to give me new meat. Right there I went canceling my order and talking to the manager, explaining everything that had happened.
The client comes first and is owed respect, that is why they have a job, they are not doing us a favor because they have a job because of the clients. There is a time for everything, after serving the client you can start talking. I'm sure the owners of this supermarket have no idea about the lazy people they are hiring, it's a shame because they are going to lose a lot of customers this way, I hope they take action on the matter.
Honestly, one less client.

Yesterday I had a bad experience in this supermarket, I bought a pound of ham and it seemed strange because the lady didn't cut it in front of me like they normally do, but when I got home I realized it was because it was wrong state. It cannot be possible that they are selling things like this knowing that they were wrong.
