I entered the Dollar General at west university and moss in west odessa. The store was cluttered with totes and carts in the Iles. I found waht I was.looking for and went to check out. The clerk had her name tag tucked under her jacket. The clerk started talking to another employee in Spanish. She did not acknowledge the fact I was standing in front of her, she eventually scanned my item, said $3.75, and continued talking to the other employee in Spanish. Since I don't speak or understand Spanish, I found this unprofessional and very lacking in customer service.
