Have been waiting nearly fours now to have a tire fixed. Well over the estimated wait time and still waiting. Bathrooms are gross and store is hot. Definitely would avoid this location if you can.

We took our vehicle in to get our tires replaced at 9:30am. We were initially quoted to have the tires changed by 11:50am.
Our car was finally brought back at 2pm-- almost 5 hours later. Being busy is one thing, but being neglected is another, as the entire time, no one came out to give status updates, offer a drink, or anything else.
The bathrooms were also disgusting and borderline unusable which compounded the wait.
We've been to the Lubbock locations which were fine, but we will not take our business to this Discount Tire location again.

Horrible 5-6 hour wait to get a nail fixed or minimum wait 4 days for next appointment
There are many other tire shops that have way better customer service

Was left hanging while everyone else got called that their vehicles were ready. I was told it's in back, get it yourself. Why was I treated like a chump. Won't come back here.

Terrible.I have a 738 credit score, and I was still denied a line of credit.im sure I'll have a lower credit score after they ran it,on top of everything else.No missed payments anywhere and never late,but I was denied here.smh

This location has awesome employees and each time I've had to come in, they take great care of my vehicle and also are great to explain what they found and how it was fixes! I will always give my business to Discount Tire!

Closed. Google is asking me how discount tire was at 5:30 am while I was meeting up with my wife to drop off my son with her and so my response is that it was closed.

I bought 6 BFG AT K02's a little over a month ago. They had only filled them to 65psi, I usually run 70psi in my tires, but the tread already look round. On the road these tires were extremely dangerous, the truck handled like it was on roller skates. I lowered the pressure to 59psi, and it got better, but still when there is a blemish in the road or the wind blows, the truck losses control, it is dangerous. I work a lot and finally got time to take it in, the manager basically told me to pound sand because it only had a 30-day return, I missed my mark by 8-days. He then told me that it is a problem with my truck. I have 533,313 miles on this truck, I know how it is supposed to drive. My company will no longer use Discount Tire. Bought tires here twice and after both times my debit card had fraudulent activity and I had to shut my card down.
