“Store is clean. There is rarely anyone to help you and if you do find someone they aren't friendly. I won't give 4 starta because of customer service and the way the store is arranged. It's almost done my brand, if you don't shop by brand it makes it hard to find what you need.”

This is my go to place for all things small equipment oilfield related. Staff is always helpful and knows the store really well. Anything less than five stars is just crazy for this location and this brand.”

“It's not like before, there are very few things and the prices are cheap but nothing ? is of high quality, I mean a year ago it was my favorite and it's no longer my favorite because what there is seems mostly recycled, it's worth clarifying that there are things ? hello, underwear, pajamas, jeans OK, but the shoes are terrible, the t-shirts may be much better before, the cleanliness is excellent ? there are not many people in the store, that's fine for walking comfortably, the cashiers are cheerful and also attentive They are Cuban and that is saying a lot. The best is very communicative.”

“As far as Big Lots go, it's all organized and the merchandise is regularly tidied up. Nothing seems out of place or rummaged through. They take pride in keeping it orderly. But, it's an older location and hasn't had the facelift I've seen at many other locations”

“I bought a ring and they list it. Found it and sent it to be sized. They called me to pick it up. I'm here to pick it up and have to wait 45 minutes when I was told anytime is fine. This is the most incompetent store. Workers don't help the way they should. Only a few people will.”

“Like most Walmart stores, parking is difficult but the store was very clean, shelves well stocked and organized, staff was helpful in the electronics department.”
“I love Walmarts for the simple fact that the layout is the same wherever I go. After a 5 hour drive, we stopped here to get gas and it was a simple process because we have Wal-Mart+, not to mention our .10 cents discount.
We walked in with our crew of 13 and filed right into the restrooms that we knew is up front. The restrooms were clean. Then we went to shop for our food and just a very simple process. Keep it going ??”
“Visited my local Walmart on a Monday morning, needless to say the store wasn't packed and seemed to be very well stocked after the Thanksgiving weekend. I made my way to get what I needed and was in and out in 20 minutes or less thanks to self check out. Odessa West Side Walmart features everything you'll find in any supercenter, from hardware, automotive, home improvement, sporting goods, toys and clothing to grocery, pets, kitchen, furniture, health and wellness, pharmacy, deli and bakery and also a Murphy USA gas station right up front in the parking lot this Walmart has it all like the typical Walmart, still better than the one across town built in 2003.”

“Went to get some cologne and perfume for my kids. Manny was excellent. My card didn't work because I hadn't used it in a year fraud department declined the transaction. Which was about $2,000. So it took a while for the fraud department to resolve the issue, but Manny waited and was very kind.”
