Where do I even begin on this pharmacy location/ staff, very rude and not very welcoming just like any other place of business, it looks like the employees don't even want to be there, or even attempt to help a customer when in need of service. I wanted to speak to the pharmacist tech and he was just plain in not wanting to discuss my issues prescriptions, also very short staffed ALL the time, there ALWAYS closing the drive- thru for that reason due to short staff knowing some people aren't able to get out of there vehicles to due being elderly or health issues, And they need to update the pharmacy hours as well! Just go to Walgreens if possible there so very welcoming and very pleased workers.. this pharmacy is horrible!

Pharmacy for shots is great! I always come here for that. I also use this location for UPS drop off, and it’s always simple and fast!

Worker stuffed my prescription through the slide box at the drive through window and one of my meds fell on the ground. The intercom system at the window is terrible. I recommend placing workers at the window that are not afraid to open the window and interact with customers. I had phone ready to scan bar code for faster service. The tech wanted me to place my unlocked phone into the slide box so she could scan it. Not ok.

Someone needs to update the hours for the pharmacy. Because it says they're open from 8AM TILL 10PM AND WHEN I GOT THERE THIS MORNING, THEY SAID THEY ONLY OPEN FROM 9AM TO 7PM ...........

The PHARMACY !! What the heck! Read your reviews CVS and do something about it! How are you even still in business, oh wait you're closing more stores...wonder why.
They cannot even seem to open on time! Ridiculous!!

Wish I could give a zero but I picked up my moms order of pictures and told them she already paid then they told me no she didn’t but before that they charged her for poster and a cube block they didn’t even have so they redid those and tried charging us again. To top it off they couldn’t find my receipt and took forever.

The Personnel at this Pharmacy are totally INCOMPETENT. Do NOT waste your time at this Pharmacy! YOU WILL SPEND LOT'S OF TIME HERE, TOTAL WASTE OF TIME! It's outrageous how THREE PEOPLE can ALL be so INCREDIBLY INEPT.

I wish I could give negative stars!!! I was in the drive through for an hour to be told that my prescription would be ready in two hours. I came back and had to stand in line again. Why don't you just close the store and pharmacy. Seems that would be better for everyone. Still in line!!!

THIS LOCATIONS PHARMACY IS THE WORST IN TOWN. NO DRIVE THRU AND LONG LINES INSIDE. THIS IS MY LAST VISIT HERE AND IM SWITCHING BACK TO WALGREENS!!!!

No drive thru service sat in line inside for 30 minutes for them to tell me they no longer do covid or flu test even though it says they do online. Lady was rude and unapologetic. Hope I got you all sick ??
