The service is terrible and so are the phones. I called the local cricket store and complain about my phone and the worker was very rude. I tried to call back and whoever it was hung the phone up in my face. Iam very upset

All the staff are rude and obnoxious I live a half a mile from the store and anything I need dealing with cricket I’ll drive 10 miles just to keep from having to go in and deal with these people

The ladies are so unprofessional! Went there because I was Christmas shopping and they never ask anything l, they ignored me the whole time I was there! O but they did have time to have a straightner to do her hairs! I just left and continue to shop in other stores! Few min later they had a party , cake and random people! Never going back there again! Not even if thats my last option

Karen was amazing, and her customer service was absolutely flawless! She was very patient with us and answered all of our questions. She is really knowledgeable about the company and its products. Be extremely careful when using cricket. The unnecessary fees such as charging 25.00 to upgrade a phone after spending 800.00 on a new I Phone 11. On top of spending all of that money cricket advised me they would not unlock the phone I just purchased for six months. So even though I own the phone paid in full they choose to hold it hostage. I even contacted the assistant VP of cricket and he refused to speak with me. I will never use cricket again and plan on going to consumer cellular where your treated like a customer should be. The worst part is when I purchased the phone I was never told the device would be locked to cricket. Sounds like some dishonest practices to me. Take my advise buy an unlocked phone somewhere else it will save you in the future.
