I wish i could leave a negative atar , my grampa went back in march and did a progressive lease because he was told that was the only way he couldve bought a phone months went by and his phone broke and he was at another location ans he stopped and asked how much was it to buy a phone and it was $400 cheaper and the other location also informed my gpa that u dont need to lease it out my gpa tried talking to the manger from the other location ans when he finally did she supposedly called her manager some lady name Rocio and my gpa explained to thia lady ne rocío that he got charged for alot of accessories but just took a $40 speaker Rocio said she would look into but never called back ! This is so illegal someone needs to really look into it and Rocio needs to contact my gpa back with a solution

A scam from the person who works there tells you which accessories are free when purchasing an iPhone and you are paying for everything so be careful with what you pay!! They burn the phone with those people working and stealing from customers, very bad experience!!!!!!! Fortunately, another branch addressed my complaint.

Yajaira? I think that's how you spell her name, but she wasn't much help and was very rude. I wanted to buy the iPhone 16, she said she couldn't get the phone unless I did it through the financing program they have. I questioned it and she said that's all they offered. I went to cricket in college as well as playing dominoes and they allowed me to buy it without the finance program.

Another of the worst phone stores I have ever visited in my entire life. The employee treats customers as if she were an army sergeant and the customer was a second-class corporal. Not a smile, not a kind word, not a greeting. And on top of that, she doesn't even move from her seat, nor does she know what RAM is, that is, one of the most important operating characteristics of any electronic device, which is its processing speed, and a telephone saleswoman doesn't know it. He told me that they only ask about RAM in Mexico. And she said it to me with a bit of contempt, that is, as if she, who can see the nopal on her forehead, was a gringo or European, and the Mexicans were people from the third world who were ignorant. I am Cuban, not Mexican, but I am proud to have great Mexican friends and to know many intelligent, beautiful and kind people from that country. In the stores of Mexico I have found salespeople a hundred times friendlier and better prepared. That thing about how the RAM of a phone is only asked in Mexico is the most laughable thing I have ever heard in my entire life. No wonder the store is completely empty. Incredible that they can sell even one phone all year. I don't give them 0 stars because there is no option.

yajaira lopez was super rude and ugly adittude didnt even try to help us at all asked for an id and when i showed them they didnt even look at it. they just didnt want to help. i mean they work at a phone place so they should know more than me i would think. instead walmart helped us and it came out free??♀️ cricket shouldnt have people working there like her she has a stanky face on because they are forsure gonna loose money.
