Usually get all the orders right.
How ever they have lost our clothes twice.
They did pay for the clothes 1 time and the other they were able to recover it 2 days later.

Worse place to take your close for cleaning. First they lose 4 pairs of jeans then blame you. Then take days to look for them. Then never call a person back. I tell you people. They got the wrong people working there. Maybe its time for a drug test at comet cleaner!

To high prices.i brought a suit. To be dry cleaned. Jacket,pants,dress shirt,tie. =$25.00? oh I'm sure you'll blame it on oil and gas employees in the area. I had a job interview..smh

Hard to get dates to when your alterations will be done. Staff does not communicate very well when it comes to pickup dates. Had to make several trips to get my articles of clothing.

This place was the worst place I have ever been to definitely the worst of West Texas!Not only did they failed to let me know about the damage that he calls on my closed they just covered it up with a pin and a piece of fabric! Im am so frustrated with this shop and there owners they ruined a $300 dollar shirt and had no decency! I would highly recommend you take your clothes and money elsewhere.

This has to be the ABSOLUTE WORST cleaners in odessa!! They "somehow" managed to lose (or stole) my cloths, (after I dropped it off BRAND NEW!!!!) I WILL NEVER AGAIN USE THIS PLACE AND WOULD HOPE YOU CONSIDER THE SAME
