The worst service today. So disappointing. As we walked in there was 7 customers. 3 had been there a while...eventually left. As more customers came in 2 of the employees ran to the back and left 1 employee working by herself! She did try to keep up but she had to ask me my order three times. The other 2 wouldn't come out...a total of 7 different customers and their families walked out. And to make things worse the drive thru was closed!! This is a perfect way to lose alot of $$. Will things improve?

I have always loved Baskin Robbins ever since i was very young. It is still my absolute favorite after all these years, so glad they have one in Odessa TX.

Long-time Patron of Chevron/Texaco...same company headquartered in Pleasanton, California. Btw, Ä their "Xponent Rewards" card - last used the month I spent in California this simmer) - you save 5 cents off each gal so $1.92 suddenly becomes $1.87 which suddenly becomes [basically] the cheapest BUT highest quality gas in town!
