It’s incredible to me how your ATM machine that is next to the drive up tellers is ALWAYS, ALWAYS! Nonfunctional. Because of this I feel like closing my account with Chase and rather go with Bank of America that is right next door is always functional. I have been charged 3 dollars of fees multiple times because your ATM’s are never working.

For the second time in a week I had to walk into the branch building ( because the atm doesn’t work), and for the second time I feel as tho I was racially profiled.When I walked in he walks up to act like he’s being cordial, and speaking, multiple people got in line after me, but not once did he say anything to them. It didn’t dawn on me that after I handled my business did he walk off, that’s the second time that’s happened and I’ve been banking with Chase for multiple years and it’s only happening in the one in Odessa Tx. I’m really thinking about changing my banking to BOA

I have a simple question and there seems to be no way to get through to the local branch. I am going to have to get in my car and drive to the branch to ask my question. Talk about TERRIBLE customer service and customer relations! It's unbelievable, honestly. This deserves no stars, but apparently that's not an option.

Chase Bank is closed because of the water BS. I knew chase Bank watered down our money. Could've changed the bank hours on the website. Before we walked here to cash out paychecks in 102° heat.

I opened an account online and transfered money to the account. And they suspended it right away and told me to call a number. I called the number and was hung up on 2 times before I got through to someone. Only to be told to go to the bank. I go to the bank and they tell me the deposit was rejected and my account was closed. I haven't got my money out of the account yet. And they couldn't give me any documentation that my money was being returned to me. They just said I could open a new account. Save yourself and go find another bank. These other reviews aren't exaggerated as I thought they were.

Walked in on 04/16/22 30 minutes prior to closing to open a checking account. I sat down and waiting for my turn when it was my turn the lady approached me and said she didn’t want to stay late and wouldn’t want to open my account if I could come back another day. Chase unfortunately lost my business account and personal checking account today due to complete laziness of this woman. We all have jobs and duties unfortunately some days we have to work and stay later then some. I’ll take my LLC somewhere else.

ATM at this location has been broken for more than a month. This is the only location in Odessa making things pretty challenging for Chase customers. For it being such a huge bank their customers service leaves a lot to be desired

Chase bank drive thru it’s a piece of trash! ATM doesn’t work 90 percent of the time and drive thru not designed for 3/4 ton pick ups. Instead of invest in their own properties they give it all to their CEO’s. Really thinking of changing banks!!!

Customer service here is HORRIBLE. You can’t get help through the branch over the phone or customer service because no one answers the phone. And if you go to a branch don’t expect help.
