Called ahead about selling minted silver bars. Was told 2 different prices, went and the employees refused to give the price stated over the phone, then took forever while my bar sat on the counter had to ask for it back so someone wouldn't reach out and run out of there with it. Not a great experience

Went to take
a welder and they required that we bring out the all the entire metal and an entire job site just to prove that it works for $40 they required my wife to plug it in and weld two pieces of metal together before they would accept it

They are friendly and even have text reminders when your loan is due . They do not make you feel like they are trying to take your stuff. Even. If you miss your loan payment as long as they still have your item they will allow you to but it back which is something most pawn shops will not do. The prices are great I highly recommend them for all your pawn needs .

The service at cash America is outstanding. The ladies and young man here are very knowledgeable of the items they sell and are very helpful. An associate named Arlene helped me today and because of her hospitality and knowledge I will definitely be back.
