sorry but this salon is horrible! i went in asking for an easy fix to my already a bit choppy layers, i went in and told her to start at the shortest piece and blend down, a lady said ya i can do that no problem! when i didn't think my face framing layers could get any worse, they did. she absolutely botched my hair!!! it's a bob cut in the front with even choppier "layers" down. i'll attach a photo. i walked out crying. i'm not sure if it's even fixable at this point would give 0 stars if i could... i honestly would've done an incredibly better job with my kitchen scissors than her hack job.

WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE !!!!! My hair is completely botched, I asked for one haircut and got something completely different then what I had asked for. I asked for long layers and she gave me very short layers nothing what I wanted. To add to that my hair is very thick and she left the bottom layer all stringy and the top part of my head looks like a mushroom. The layers are not blended at all, they are very choppy. If I can give 0 stars I would !! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALLLL, ESPECIALLY NOT THE HAIR STYLIST ISABEL!!!!!!!

It had been more than a year because of Covid-19, but finally got a hair cut. Salon was clean and felt safe. The staff was careful and just as good as before. Highly recommend them.

Doña Isabel gives the BEST FADES! And she's so sweet! I love her. I will be going back, I moved from Santa Clarita to the West Valley and I now know I found my barber / stylist. Gracias

I found Jennifer online, she did a balayage. I have very thick and a lot of hair, she was amazing. She did my hair in 4 hours!! It's came out beautiful.

If I could rate this Salon with 0 stars I would. I called yesterday at 1:45pm and made an appointment for my mother to get a haircut at 6:15pm. We arrived at the Salon at 6:10pm and walked in to NOT being greeted or even acknowledged by ALL 3 WOMEN inside the Salon. We sat down and patiently waited for our turn or even to be acknowledged and that just NEVER happened. It was now 6:32pm and I asked to use their restroom which they allowed me to. I promise I am not exaggerating when I express how filthy the restroom was. There was no seat covers, no toilet paper and there was p*** on the toilet seat. I was unable to use the restroom and walked out after washing my hands. We continued to wait and still no one acknowledged us. Unfortunately after waiting until 6:45pm and not being acknowledged we decided that it was time for us to go. I understand they were busy but, WHY TAKE AN APPOINTMENT KNOWING THAT YOU ARE NOT GOING TO BE AVAILABLE? If you are running the Salon and that is how you treat your customers do you really think you're doing a good job? So disappointing, hopefully they get it together and PROPERLY run a business and have manners in the future to at least GREET people. HAVING MANNERS IS NOT HARD. Never going back. BTW, another man with his child walked in minutes after us and got the SAME treatment so he decided to walk out too.

Brought my mom here for a 12pm appointment with someone who was suppose to wash, cut, and style her hair. When we got here it turns out that person was not here, she had requested the day off. I just don't understand why they book appointments when staff is off. Turns out none of the ladies know how to blow dry or style? Ridiculous right? I will update this review when my mom's hair dries and they figure out how to style it...

I had a horrible experience. I had asked for a trim and I got hack. 6 inches and look like a palm tree.so sad.She told me that she has been an 38 years in this industry. I can't post a picture because I am so sad and stressed out....I can't do anything to tame nor style my hair. My hair was down to my waist now it is a little bit below my shoulders and choppy....I had ask for a trim .it was supposed to be an inch off...so stressed. I hate my hair....my worst nightmare...I can't stand dishonest people..
