As usual when shopping at this store you'll spend a majority of your time waiting to checkout. I'm curious as to why there's registers up front by entrance to the mall when they never seen to be in operation. Only 2 registers by the doors facing the parking lot seem to be in operation. Why have more registers if you never use them? Where's the rest of the workers? Why isn't management jumping on a register to check people out? Why always the long wait time to check out? Why is checkout always the ongoing problem? Where's corporate to look into fixing this issue? Checkout needs to be a faster experience.

IT IS AMAZING AT WHAT LEVEL . BURLINGTON HAS BECOME .LOUDY SERVICE .LONG LINES .OF CUSTUMERS. WHAT ARE YOU PROPLE THINKING???
YOUR LOSING CUSTUMERS DUE TO LACK OF SERVICE. ONE SO CALL MANAGER COMPLAIN ING ABOUT A CART EITH MERCHANDISE NOT BEING PUT AWAY. WHILE TRLLING A CASHIER. 30/35 CUSTOMERS IN LINE .AND HIS HAND ON HIS HIPS.!!!! COME ON OPEN UP THE DAM REGISTERS. . YOU ONLY GOT 2 REGISTERS OPEN .AND CASHIERS ARE SO DAMM SLOW. LIKE THEY DON'T WANT TO BE THERE.

WHY DOMT UOU JUST VLOSE FOWN. AND LET SOMEONE ELSE TAKE OVER. YOU ARE LOUSY AT PAYING ATTENTION TO YOUR CUSTUMERS YOU FONT CARE ABOUT THE LONG LINES... PEOPLE ACTUALLY HAVE LEGT YHE DTUFF THEY WANT YO BUY . BECAUSE OF THE EAIT WE SLL HAVE YO ENDURE.

Really good deals there but never enough staff there always short handed, I would give 5 stars if they had more help at the registers. And u can only cash out in the back of the store,,, qhy not use the front registers as well

The cashiers are incredibly slow. There was a line that wasn’t even that long, but the cashiers took 20 minutes per person, and they didn’t even have that many items. I felt like I was at the bank waiting for an appointment. I had never waited so long to be served.

this store has very POOR MANAGMENT. How are you going to have just ONE cashier open a day before christmas ?@ 8:00 PM when you close at 11! I waited two hours in line. The line was longer than usual ( it’s usually long on normal days too since they never have cashiers) Y’all should start getting more cashiers and pay people because this is honestly UNBELIEVABLE

Your opening time needs to be changed to 11 am instead of 9 am. You have people waiting to enter and your staff plays dumb. But what do you expect from poorly hired staff

Highly recommend this Burlington in odessa if youre ever in the area. The Burlington in Waco used to be like this, jam packed with goodies. Now it's more like a sad thrift store.
