I booked a rental over the phone with the customer service agent he got everything set up for me I had a specific car unlimited mileage Etc. When I got to the budget I saw that there were literally only five cars in the lot, and none of the cars in the lot was the car I reserved. So I went to speak to the lady at the counter and she was in no way trying to help or accommodate for the mistake that happened on their end so instead I was charged 10 extra bucks a day for the rental because she had to give me something else. I was very upset when she told me customer service doesn't know exactly what they have on the lot. If customer service doesn't know what's on the lot they should not be allowed to book anything and the wrong number was listed on Google. The number that's listed send you straight to customer service and they can't transfer you to the actual location so you have to fish for the number or go up to the actual location in order to speak to someone there it's very ridiculous and there's a lot of back and forth and running around I will never get another car from budget.

Rented a car in Odessa, Texas and returned it after hours the same day. Called the local number the following morning, since the email I recieved stated "if you would like to return the vehicle..." of which I had already done so to make sure it had been checked in. It redirected me to a national line instead of the local number. Very annoying, I wanted to talk with a local counter person not someone who's hard to understand with a hard accent. FYI, just because it has a local number doesn't mean you will speak with the place where you picked the vehicle up.

I love this avis and budget. The lady in the front Maria is so kind and patient. She’s always gives us the best price and cleanest cars. Really recommend coming here for a car rental.

Came in to get car and it wasn’t ready was told come back hour later. Not welcoming at all. Then when given contract was told sign damage wavier without seeing car she said it has no major damage just sign it. This place needs a good manager to manage these employees.
