“I got MAJOR hail damage AND a blown out rear windshield during one of those nasty storms we had recently out here in West Texas. When my window shattered it left the tiniest beads of broken glass so bad that there was even glass inside the seatbelt pullys. The hail was so strong it scratched the frames of the windows and multiple spots in the paint on the body of the car. The insurance adjuster told me it was one of the worst hail damage claims he had ever seen. I called 5 or 6 different body shop when it came time to taking her in, and of course they were all backed up with all the hail claims in the area. Thank goodness I called Newmans. Chris was amazing from the start. Came and picked up my vehicle that day and got me in. Although it took some time due to the amount of damage, Chris kept me super informed step by step. He dealt with the headache of the insurance company for me and I literally had to do nothing. Got my car back and she looks brand new!! Outside and in, like the day I bought her. I'm so happy with Chris and all of Newmans Body shop staff, they are simply the best there is. Don't hesitate if you need work done, these are the guys to call!! Thank you Chris and his staff for making a awful circumstance so pleasant to deal with!!”

“I can’t thank Lanny enough for the incredible work he did for us. After calling at least 10 different body shops, almost all told us it would be four months before they could even get us in. Lanny, however, was able to take our car the same day we called, and he completed all the repairs in just five weeks.
Throughout the process, he kept us informed every step of the way and even went above and beyond by advocating with the insurance company to ensure all necessary repairs were approved. Lanny’s dedication made sure our car looked as good as, if not better than, it did before the accident.

“Took my 2022 Ram to get re painted, i had rock chips on paint and scratches near the wheel wells. also had a dent on my tailgate and they were able to get it out and repaint all areas that i wanted redone. My truck looks brand new once again, will be going back if need to.”

I went just down the road to Epic Collision Services. Sergio took a few minutes and made a small adjustment, and fixed the issue I was having with my bed cover. Now that is great customer service. Thanks again, Sergio!!!”
“We are here in Odessa for a few months and had to find a local body shop to fix all of the hail damage to my car. Ariana went above and beyond to make sure me & my car were taken care of. Sometimes it takes a while with any body repair shop, especially after a huge hail storm. So just be prepared so that you are not shocked if it happens.
I asked for a few changes to be made after it was complete, Jessica & Ariana made it happen!
They even had it detailed and let me tell you, it looks better on the inside than it did when I bought it.
And I swear I think it drives faster now ?

“I needed an estimate to replace a frame on a vehicle, he was happy to help. He did explain that this was only for the frame and labor and costs may go up depending on what else needed to be fixed. I ended up not having the repair done. The cost was too high, and even though the owner was willing to find other alternatives to the repair, i ultimately decided the vehicle was not worth repairing.”
“Took my car in for minor damage to driver side hood, bumper and head lamp. They got me in quickly cleaned and buffed passenger side head lamp to match the one that needed repair . They were Patient with me and the 3rd party company paying for the repairs. I was pleasantly surprised when I picked my car up and found there employees were professional NONE of my compartments (glove box ,center concule,ect...) were tampered with searched or looted. My friend had also left a very expensive pair of sun glasses in my car that were still there when I picked up my car. Best part was I had asked about small chips in my paint due to rocks on highway as well as a nasty scratch on door (damage was already there and unrelated to reason my car was in shop), they gave me a small canister left over from the paint and trim job for me to self apply for minor touch ups.”
