I bought furniture that has defects. I've let Bob Mills company know , but no one seems to care. I haven't received any correspondence. I did receive one visit from a rep from Lubbock and he just tried to kind of whitewash everything and has an excuse for this and that so I'm very unhappy.

Awful financing!!!! Careful if you go, I don’t recommend! I’ve been calling for weeks to try & get them to fix our screw up they did on the financing!!! They don’t give us a break down of what they did!!! They were suppose to give credits for so much inconvenience & nothing!!!!! No one calls back!!! We had to return furniture multiple times!!! It was either broken scratched/used or honestly idk where they get their furniture from!!!! Oh good luck the ones who deliver they’ll break your furniture & won’t tell you!!!

I WORKED HERE DONT BUY FROM HERE. Saw the owner bob mills scream at delivery drivers because they were 15 mins late on delivery saying (you will leave in a body bag if your late to the next delivery)
saw employees eating on their SCHEDULED lunch, the OWNER BOB MILLS came up and threw out the food that they bought for themselves because they weren’t making the company money.
The CEO (BOB MILLS) is psycho. He only cares about money no matter how happy he looks on tv.

I tried doing a warranty claim on my mattress. I have been given the run around for over a year now. They keep giving me different phone numbers to call. Each one has a different reason they don’t warranty mattresses. I bought a very expensive mattress because it had a 20 year warranty and no one will honor the warranty.
