I’m shocked at the racist comments on these reviews. The women at this bank have always been kind, helpful and professional. I have complete confidence in the staff at the Kermit Hwy branch.

Slowest and worst bank I've ever been to. The workers certainly don't have the best customer service. Also the appearance of this place is terrible, stuff is falling apart and nothing works right. The drive thru is a nightmare.

Has got to be the worst bank in the country. Worst customer service worst everything. We have been sitting here for an hour to speak with a banker. One is sharing personal pictures and life stories with a Hispanic woman and the branch leader is just sitting in her office doing I don’t know. We keep being told we will be right with you. But hey we are white so I guess making whites wait is acceptable. Every nonwhite that has come in here has been helped immediately

Closing time is at 1 on Saturdays. Not 12:49….. i come from work on my only time. Rushing to get here. When they have there dam sign saying till ONE!!!! So annoyed. Will speak to corporate about it. Its not the first time. I get it we all have a life. But seriously some of us come on our only time off.

Horrible bank. I closed out an account 1.5 years ago and transferred money to new account. There was a pending charge on the old account I wasn't aware of and they didn't inform me of. They charged me 15 months worth of fee's from that old account with no warning letter's or anything. I called the bank to see what the charge was for and Natalie was excellent and tried to help me in every way. I was told to call the main branch and the guy I spoke to told me there was nothing I can do and laughed about it. Do not do business with them. Very very shady bank.

This bank made an error on a new account locked it up for a week and then Forced us to close it due to their own error. Very drawn out deal. Cost me a lot of time. Do not use this bank.

Terrible terrible terrible experience with these people. Totally rude tellers and not personable at all, can't even count the money right. Rolls their eyes and makes fun of customers. I dont even want to go in there and deal with those tellers, totally rude and very uncalled for their attitude.
