“They have someone available by phone 24/7. Take that BOA! Bank open Saturday mornings for walk in. Drive thru during the week til 6. By phone I've only ever waited a minute or two on hold if at all. Free ATMs in 600 Valero corner Stores in Texas and 400 Frost Brand ATMs. No monthly fee for kids up to age 25. Also waived if you direct deposit your paycheck. Keep in mind they only exist in Texas, but while you live here they're da bomb!”

“I live on the east side of town so I go to the east side H-E-B a lot, but today I went to the west side HEB and I know from previous experience that it is a much nicer store than the East side but today they showed me again how much better they are than the Eastside store I am disabled and I was using one of their motorized buggies, which by the way on the east side they're broken down none of them last long enough to do your shopping. The one on the west side fully charged not broken down much much better experience. When going to check out, the cashier came around to me and said I will unload your basket for you, they do not do that at the East side. The store is so much cleaner at the west side. The people are so much nicer. Everything's organized better I just want to say kudos to the people running the west side H-E-B.”

“I was once told by a previous well-known bank president (not BofA btw) whose name is omitted out of professional courtesy (I’ve not sought his permission but will next time I see him; he no longer resides here) that there’s NOT another ATM ? in the entire Permian Basin that even comes close to the amount of transactions this ATM conducts; that this is EASILY, hands down, the MOST utilized ? in the Permian/West Texas Region (population approximately 1/2 million compliments of the “Energy Industry” here which, as far as oil, handles somewhere around 50% of the nation’s entire Oil & Gas ⛽️! Moreover, a great majority of the Olan gas employees that work here, do not claim residence here as they routinely travel back home on their time off, then come back here to work, a pattern that repeats over and over. So the population, as far as the number of people that are actually here, many that don’t claim residence, is actually much larger. And while that might not sound like a lot of people, at least based on where I’ve grown up lived, for an area that was never built EG Road infrastructure, etc. that many people, it actually is a larger number than what it was ever designed for!Anyway, as far as this ATM, the claim that it is the busiest ATM here in the Permian Basin is likely true if you’ve ever driven by it; rarely do you not see someone at the ATM and or a line of cars ready to use it; particularly in the evenings/at night. Furthermore, a frequent passenger of Parkway, I could not even tell you how many times I see the Loomis money truck there in the mornings reloading CASH ?!! ALL the TIM! I can’t think of another ATM here that I’ve ever seen the Loomis money truck adding money on a very, very consistent basis like this one! I can only surmise that it’s location is absolutely ideal for, particularly the eastern and northeastern side of Odessa; basically all the retail on [ESP] northern KBS Pkwy inlcuding the University of Texas, (Permian Basin); basically areas around JBS Pkwy & University and “points North of that intersection & points EAST of Pkwy east which make ? what’s referred to as “NE & East Odessa.” Certainly the “newest part of town” and area where the majority of new growth takes place….basically in the direction of Midland along highway 191, which, in turn, is somewhat similar to Midland’s growth since the two cities have earnestly but SURELY “grown together” along both the two southern routes, the 80 and the 20 (the East-West Interstate which, to the west, some…just an approx guess, 100 miles to the east, becomes Interstate ?…”straight” to downtown Los Angeles, CA. Said growth along the / aforementioned (“the 20 & the 80), well, the exact same thing is happening along the 191 freeway effectively has already turned these two primary cities into one metro area with a combined population of the three counties actor, Midland, and Martin) makes this area, the largest in all of West Texas, with the exception of El Paso. Certainly the population of this entire combined statistical area is far larger than San Angelo, Amarillo, and even Lubbock, Texas. Such as obvious, even when looking for other Bank of America ATMs. And this, smaller metropolitan area, there are roughly 8 Bank of America ATMs, while the next largest area, Lubbock, has FEWER; only 5….6 if U count the 2 @ Texas Tech but it’s the SAME ADDRESS: Texas Tech so, really ONLY 5 in Lubbock & the 2 @ Lubbock are NOT what you’d refer to as easily accessible to the general public unless your idea of finding a parking spot, first, one that you can park at for free and not get towed, then having to walk nearly a mile, two said ATM and back, easily 1 mile round-trip. So as far as ATMs that are easily accessible by the general population, there are four in Lubbock (again, that’s not counting the twoTX Tech) but those are, for all intense purposes, ONLY for students “deep into the college interior” if you will. ALL of the BofA ?’s Medland Odessa are mostly drive-through or, those that are not, are easily, easily accessible by the public”

“Embarrassed to say I let someone use my truck and left me this morning with 7 miles till empty. Just as I hit 0 I rolled into this 7-Eleven parking lot...with $0.40 to my name is went in and explained I wasn't cheap...merely broke and the lady working, Ashley, set my pump and I walked out. Unbeknownst to me when I let the pump start it quickly shot past my forty cents and over two dollars I cut it off and walked inside, again embarassed...I asked what the hell....and she merely replied... a good deed for a good person....I also work for a gas station and I try to live my life the same as Ashley...I hope someone let's her know I thank her.”
